Arctic Technology Conference - Challenges for Today, Opportunities for Tomorrow (An OTC Event), Feb. 7-9, 2011, Houston, TX.
This event will address issues specific to the arctic - an area where an estimated 20 percent of the world's petroleum reserves are located.
